It often happens when we know what we want...

But often don’t know how to get. With this client they had existing events in place and this was not their core business. We visited the events and reported back on any ways that the event could be improved. We worked with the team to understand the complete process, the reviews and the reports for the company were incredibly useful. Ideas and systems moving forward have improved the shows are growing now and many of our ideas have been taken on board.

We reviewed sales, brand, marketing, venues, PR, Operations and more, the team have taken on board our suggestions and were pleased with our input.
